What to expect from a founding order
From payment confirmation to quality release, dispatch, tracking and the first unboxing.
A founding pre-order reserves product; it does not bypass the work required to release it. Here is the sequence HRIMÉO will use to keep that distinction visible.
Confirmation is immediate; dispatch is not
After successful payment verification, you receive an order confirmation. Dispatch begins only after the applicable stability, microbiology, packaging, documentation, claims and label gates are complete.
Updates follow the order
If the release timeline changes, HRIMÉO will write to the checkout email and, where you have consented, use WhatsApp. A separate dispatch message carries the courier tracking details.
The unboxing stays honest
The founding presentation will protect the products and make the three rituals easy to identify. Final packaging materials, inclusions and any environmental language will be described only after their specifications are confirmed.
