How HRIMÉO handles information used for founding-list access, checkout, fulfilment and customer care.
Information You Provide
When you join the founding list we collect your email address and consent record. At checkout we collect your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and PIN code. If you register or return after guest checkout, we also process sign-in credentials, one-time-code records, profile details, an optional profile image, referral activity, HRIMÉO Balance entries and refund preferences. Track Order uses the Order ID and checkout email. Customer Care receives information you choose to send by email or WhatsApp.
Browser and Technical Information
The storefront stores essential cart, saved-product, offer and privacy-choice data in your browser. The hosting and security systems may process IP address, request time, device or browser information and error logs to deliver and protect the service. HRIMÉO does not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or payment credential.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate checkout, verify and fulfil orders, secure returning-customer access, maintain account and wallet records, attribute eligible referrals, review refund choices, send transactional and consented founding-list messages, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve the reliability of the storefront.
Payments and Service Providers
Razorpay processes payment selection and credentials under its own privacy terms. Hosting, authenticated email, courier or fulfilment, analytics and customer-support providers receive only the information needed for their service. Optional analytics is disabled until you choose Allow analytics and configured services are enabled.
Cookies and Similar Storage
Essential browser storage keeps your bag, preferences and consent choice working and cannot be disabled through this control. Optional analytics is off by default. Choose Essential only or Allow analytics in My Account → Privacy Preferences, available even when signed out. Your choice is saved on this browser. There is no popup. Switching back to Essential only reloads the page to stop optional analytics scripts.
Retention
Order, account, referral, wallet and transaction records are retained for fulfilment, security, disputes and the period required by tax, accounting and consumer law. One-time codes expire quickly and are single-use; their temporary records are removed after successful verification. Founding-list information is retained until you unsubscribe or a longer period is legally required. Browser data remains until you clear it. Security logs follow the hosting provider’s operational retention schedule.
Your Choices and Rights
Use the unsubscribe link in a founding-list email to stop marketing. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing info@activiti.in. Some records may be retained where the law or an unresolved transaction requires it.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, same-origin commerce endpoints, server-side payment verification, signed Razorpay webhooks, restricted private storage and authenticated administration routes. No internet service can promise absolute security; please do not send payment credentials through email or WhatsApp.

Social Sign-in
If you choose Google or Discord, we receive the provider’s stable account identifier, verified email and basic profile name. We store a provider association to let you sign in again. Provider access tokens are used only during sign-in and are not stored. We do not access contacts or post to social accounts. You may unlink a provider in Your Space while retaining a verified recovery contact. The provider separately processes your use of its sign-in service under its own policy.
Reviews + Community Contributions
We store your review or discussion text, rating where applicable, permission choices, public display name and moderation history. Product reviews are privately linked to the relevant order so that a Verified Purchase label can be checked. Public pages do not disclose order IDs, account IDs, email or phone. Optional review photos are re-encoded and metadata is removed before storage. Review publication and photo display require separate permission; you may change your review permissions in Your Space. You can remove your own community contributions. Internal moderation reports remain private. Content retained for disputes, abuse investigation or a legal duty is not automatically deleted. Do not submit sensitive medical details. Request further deletion through the privacy contact.
Review Reminders
A review email is scheduled seven days after delivery only if you requested it at checkout. Turn off future review invitations in Your Space. Transactional order and security messages remain separate from this optional reminder.
